This past year has been full of positive change at EDF and we look forward to seeing what 2017 has in store for our organization. We truly value all of our lenders and resource partners that have contributed to our success, and we look forward to serving you in the years to come.
The EDF team consists of eight professionals with many years of SBA 504 experience combined, so please put our expertise to use and call us with any questions you may have about the program.
EDF has partnered with JP Morgan Chase Bank to assist Premiere Property Services, Inc. with the purchase of land and the construction of their new facility. In 2001, Scott Kelting formed Premiere Property Services, Inc. They specialize in mobile, manufactured, and single-family home restoration and remodeling projects. The company's largest growth happened in the past few years as they contracted with companies that own multiple mobile and manufactured home parks making Premier Property Services, Inc. their primary repair and refurbishment vendor.

Bradd Pierce at
EDF worked with Scott's lender, Nathan Bosma of JP Morgan Chase Bank, to finance the construction of their building in Grand Rapids. The SBA loan was the perfect opportunity for them to obtain additional space that was needed due to their growth and it allowed them to lock in a low interest rate for 20 years with only a 10% down payment.
