JRB FINANCIAL PULSE
February 2020 — Issue #29
A Word from the CEO

At the end of 2019, Congress passed a mammoth spending bill to fund the federal government. The legislation also included significant changes to retirement plans such as the JRB's 403(b) plan. Our article summarizes four changes that are most likely to affect you.

This issue of the Financial Pulse also introduces a valuable new component of the JRB's Complimentary Insurance Program. Mutual of Omaha, our life and disability insurance provider, allows us to offer you Will preparation services. This online tool can generate state-specific Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives and Living Trusts. Our article shows you how to access this free, online tool and describes the forms you'll find. While the forms are customized for each state, it's always a good idea to review them with legal counsel.

Please don't hesitate to contact the JRB if you have questions about these articles or other issues related to financial planning and retirement. You can reach us by email or call us at 888-JRB-FREE (572-3733).
