Weight Loss Reimagined:
Retrain Your Brain for Permanent Weight Loss
If you've found yourself stuck in a cycle of resolutions to lose weight every year only to regain it, you're not alone. If you think you lack the self-discipline needed to lose weight and keep it off, we have great news - willpower isn't endlessly necessary for lasting change. If you’re looking for a healthy way to lose weight that will help you create your own roadmap to permanent wellness, these classes are for you!
Most of us can force ourselves to suffer through a diet, but if we don’t change the way we think, feel and behave, the weight is likely to come back. In Weight Loss Reimagined, you'll learn how to create permanent results by addressing the root cause of why we eat more than we should, which is our thoughts and feelings. By retraining your brain, you’ll more easily stay in control around your favorite junk food, even during social events. Most importantly, you’ll learn a tool based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help re-wire your brain to no longer crave junk food, making permanent weight loss so much easier!
