The Nexus Naples Collection is Here!
As the saying goes, timing is everything! And while the timing of launching a new collection of Nexus handbags wasn't ideal, my team and I managed to put together my favorite collection yet! In my mission to manufacture this new line in the United States, my commitment was certainly tested! Our manufacturer partner happens to be in New York City. Needless to say, our launch was delayed, and the bags are finally available on a limited basis... for now! Our partners are up and running and more bags are being created as we speak! The colors in this collection are inspired by some favorite places and features of my beloved Naples, Florida. The three bags above are Pink Light, White Sand, and Wet Sand. Click here to view the rest of the colors in the collection. I think of this as an homage to the magical seaside town I grew up in and live in now. I hope you enjoy these bags as much as I enjoyed putting this collection together.

May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month
As a Florida girl, I have had my share of sun exposure. Even after decades of religiously wearing sunscreen, I still get checked every year. Well, this year (2020 has turned out to be a real doozy) I got quite a scare. I found out I needed to have a procedure called Mohs surgery to remove some skin cancer from my face. Let this serve as a loving reminder to get checked, get your loved ones checked and slather on that SPF whenever you head outdoors! The silver lining in all of this, is that I don't have to yell at my kids to wear sunscreen nearly as much.
