Walk in Penn's Woods: Musser Gap | |
October 1st | 11 AM | Musser Gap Trail
Walk the trail and visit the stations set up by ClearWater Conservancy, Rothrock Trails Alliance, Penn State, and PA DCNR to hear more about future plans of the trail as well as learning about conservation! The route has some moderate elevation gain on crushed gravel paths and is not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Pets are permitted on a leash.

Silverball Sundays Pinball Tournament #1 | |

Be there for the first pinball tournament of the season! Every month from October-May, pinball enthusiasts are welcome to the home of Joe Schnall to participate in a fun tournament. Players are welcome to arrive as early as noon to practice, but please be sure to arrive by 12:45 PM to register. This tournament is a Foo Fighters pinball launch party, with a Foo Fighters translite going to the top finisher! For information on how to attend, and the exact address, visit the link below!

Bringing Light Through Music: A Chopin Recital for the Alzheimers Foundation | |
October 1st | 4 PM | Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Centre County
Enjoy a concert with a cause! Pianist Seulki Susie Yoo will be performing a benefit recital for the Alzheimer's Foundation of America at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Centre County. Seulki has a Doctor of Musical Arts from Penn State in Piano Performance and has won the Gold Prize in 2021 in the Quebec International Competition, among being a finalist in many other competitions. She will be performing the Opus 10 and 25 Etudes by Frederic Chopin.

The Mystery of Murder Hotel: an Interactive Murder Mystery Party | |

This event is 21+ only. Join the interactive murder mystery party where you are transported to the 1940's to mingle, question suspects, and solve a murder at the Suites of Fonte Belle, aka "Murder Hotel"! Pets are welcome and will have a category in the costume contest as well!

"Witchy" costumes are encouraged at this murder mystery comedy event! It is Halloween in Salem, Massachusetts, and The Grimore sisters, once very magical witches, have lost their touch!
