FHFA Announces Rescission of Enterprise Upfront Fees Based on Debt-To-Income (DTI) Ratio

Agency to also issue Request for Input on the Enterprise single-family pricing framework

"I appreciate the feedback FHFA has received from the mortgage industry and other market participants about the challenges of implementing the DTI ratio-based fee," said Director Sandra L. Thompson. "To continue this valuable dialogue, FHFA will provide additional transparency on the process for setting the Enterprises' single-family guarantee fees and will request public input on this issue."

Veteran and fellow REALTOR® Jordan Moran joined 2022 President Cindy Heinzman and 2023 President-Elect Jason Carter to present Misty Frost, Executive Director One Warrior Foundation and her husband Nate with a check for $6,000.

Community Outreach & Social Activities committees teamed up to host the inaugural Charity Gala in hopes of strengthening our communities one charity at a time.

Established in 2014 with the belief that the most powerful connection is often between warriors and their community. Linking veteran needs directly with community based resources to fill those needs.
