Not near a club? You may also have a group you walk with, or share advice and stories with and would enjoy a get-together, you can plan one!
Have Your Own Party!
Havanese love parties! Someone’s fenced yard, or a local park will be fine. Here are some ideas to use at your Havanese party.
Dress-up. Lots of cute outfits are available, look online!
Play games
Musical Hula Hoops (like musical chairs but dogs sit inside a Hula Hoop when the music stops)
Treasure Hunt Pile up towels and hide treats in them to hunt
Relay Races if you have enough dogs.
Portrait Sessions A set-up for a portrait in the garden or a nice spot and send a picture to each guest Don't forget to bring a brush to fix up hair for pictures!
If someone does agility or obedience, they can show some of the elements or give some instruction.
In the end, each dog gets a toy or a little bag of treats to take home.
