Jenny Lijana Photography Opens Studio in Smithfield

The Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting on November 8, 2023, to celebrate the grand opening of Jenny Lijana Photography located at 1807 South Church Street, Suite 200D in Smithfield Commons. Owner Jenny Lijana is a PPA Certified Professional Photographer who provides headshot and portrait photography for Smithfield and the surrounding area. The studio will host monthly full-service headshot events that include hairstyling and skin care services.

Carrollton Smiles Dental Practice Opens in Eagle Harbor

The Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting on November 17, 2023, to celebrate the grand opening of Carrollton Smiles, a new family dental practice located at 13478 Carrollton Boulevard, Unit V, in the Eagle Harbor Shopping Center. The new practice, led by Dr. Oye-Somefun, treats patients of all ages and provides routine dental care, cosmetic services, dental implants, dentures, almost invisible braces, teeth whitening and emergency dental services.

120,000 SF Cross Dock Facility For Lease

Developers will break ground this month on a Class A, 120,000 square-foot cross dock facility in Shirley T. Holland Intermodal Park, Phase III on U.S. Route 258 near the Town of Windsor. The facility known as XDock 258 Logistics Center will have 170 dock doors, 28-foot clear ceiling height and no columns. There will be an additional 400 +/- spaces for trailer parking with additional trailer storage on site. The facility provides direct access to the Port of Virginia and is 57 miles from I-95 via U.S. Routes 460 or 58.
