The AMPLIFY program is led by industry professionals over a three-week period, providing a dynamic experience of career discovery, valuable construction certifications, and the opportunity to participate in an exclusive hiring event at the conclusion of the program. Limited seats are available - interested candidates must register for the program.

AMPLIFY starts Monday, March 18, and is typically held three days per week for three weeks (scroll below to view the schedule).

IECRM apprentices answer the question:
"What do you find most rewarding about being an electrical apprentice?"
"What I find most rewarding is the knowledge and the opportunities I've been given to advance my life and the pride I've learned to have in my work and ethics. Truly, has made me a better person."
- Collin
"Where do I start? My job is so gratifying. It’s something new every day and doing electrical work is like doing a puzzle. I love it!"
- Trevor
"The most rewarding part of being an apprentice is how much of an impact you truly have. Every part of our job is equally important, from pulling the wire to terminating the devices and everything in-between. You could be working in a hospital, data center, or someone's home but you're always positively impacting our community. As you drive by the cities you helped build there are not many things more satisfying than thinking, 'I helped build that.'"
