Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) offers a FREE electrical pre-apprenticeship program called AMPLIFY. The program is designed for job seekers/changers to "test drive" the electrical trade with minimal commitment and is open to anyone interested in learning about the career path of an electrician.
The AMPLIFY program is led by industry professionals over a three-week period, providing a dynamic experience of career discovery, valuable construction certifications, and the opportunity to participate in an exclusive hiring event at the conclusion of the program. Limited seats are available - interested candidates must register for the program.
AMPLIFY starts Monday, March 18, and is typically held three days per week for three weeks (scroll below to view the schedule).
This pre-apprenticeship costs $450 but can be FREE with grant funding through the Adams County Workforce Center. The deadline to apply for the grant funding is March 4th. After you register and pay in full, an Adams County Workforce Center representative will call you to collect information needed for the grant funding and any other grant money you may be eligible to receive.
For more information about funding and eligibility, please contact the Adams County Workforce Center at 720-523-6898 or WBCWIOA@adcogov.org.
