In conjunction with Israel's Ministry of Health and the Israel Defense Forces, APF's unique Course in Israel for healthcare professionals will take place from November 3 to 8, 2018.

Dr. Shiri Shinar goes from Tel Aviv to Toronto Seeking Canadian Royal College Medical Certification

Dr. Shiri Shinar doesn’t typically work on fewer than two patients in a room at a time; sometimes she works on three, maybe even four.

Shinar is a 2017-2018 APF Clinical Fellow in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.

APF's Summer Medical Birthright Trip to Israel

for Healthcare Students

APF's 10-day Medical Birthright program for medical, nursing and other healthcare students is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore Israel and network with Israeli peers. This enhanced Birthright experience with Israel Outdoors combines all the highlights of an Israel tour with special visits to medical facilities, including the Israel Defense Forces Medical Corps training base in the Negev.

The trip will take place June 24 - July 5, 2018.
