Joseph Ferrone is an assurance partner operating out of the Firm’s New York and Long Island offices.
While Joe has extensive experience representing closely held and family-owned businesses in a variety of industries, he specializes in meeting the complex needs of apparel and textile clients. Joe’s understanding of manufacturing practices, distribution networks, and effective financial management principals enables him to coordinate services spanning the full spectrum of Marcum’s accounting, tax advisory, and attestation offerings.
Prior to joining Marcum, Joe worked at a regional firm prominent in the New York area and at an international firm where he served as partner-in-charge of an apparel and textile practice.
His professional and civic affiliations include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), Apparel and Textile Division, Former Chairman, The Needlers Foundation Board of Directors and National Italian American Foundation (NIAF).
Joseph received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University.
