JULY 2021
We are thrilled to announce that Pulitzer Prize winner, Isabel Wilkerson, will be giving the keynote presentation at this year’s Bostonians for Youth Gala! Ms. Wilkerson has become a leading figure in narrative nonfiction, an interpreter of the human condition, and an impassioned voice for demonstrating how history can help us understand ourselves, our country, and our current era of upheaval. This year’s theme, Healing for an Equitable Boston, is a call to action for a movement of healing from the traumatic effects of structural racism in this national moment of reckoning. Come celebrate, learn, and grow with us!
Trinity at McCormack presents the 2021 Summer Learning Institute (SLI): Building, Healing, and Restorative School Communities! SLI is a 3-day experiential learning community for teachers, administrators, and school based-mental health professionals who are interested in creating healing and supportive school communities based on our 3 Essential Community Practices (Restorative Justice, Racial Equity and Trauma-Responsive Care).

The Summer Learning Institute is designed for middle and high school communities but teachers and school leaders of all grade levels are welcome to attend. Some content will need to be adjusted for younger students.
Apply now for the 2021-2022 Racial Equity Senior Leaders Learning Circle (SLLC)! Now in its 5th year, SLLC is a safe and trusted space for leaders to bring their most vexing diversity, inclusion, and racial equity challenges. SLLC will unpack the biases a leader may carry and teach them the necessary strategies to apply organizational change. This training will be led by Rebecca Jackson, Chief Program Officer of TBC, Madeline McNeely of Conditioning Leaders, and Brianna Boggs of Brianna Boggs Coaching & Consulting.
