Find Out About Ralston Creek Cohousers

Join us for a pot luck brunch on Saturday, February 24, 2018, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, at a current member's home in Arvada. After brunch we will visit the cohousing site in the Geos Development.

This will be a casual time to meet each other, break bread, and talk more about cohousing with the members of Ralston Creek Cohousers. This event is family-friendly: kids are welcome.

First-time guests do not need to bring a dish to share. Food and drink will be provided.

Who We Are

Ralston Creek Cohousers are a group of people who were previously unaffiliated but find much in common in their vision.

We seek an intentional community where decisions come from the collective genius of its members talents and experiences.

We have chosen Geos Neighborhood as the location for our intentional community. We desire to live in a net zero energy community where geothermal and solar energy replace fossil fuels, making it affordable now and forever. We will enjoy an urban style neighborhood that borders on 20 miles of paved bike path, Ralston Creek Trail. We will be exchanging larger individual yards for a shared courtyard, vegetable gardens and pocket parks.

We and our builder envision a 3 story condominium style building with individual units for 20-22 families plus our common house with the opportunity for 5 more families in larger town homes across the street to join us.

The Geos Neighborhood will be holding an open house on Thursday, February 22, 2018. Hours are 11:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Tour a Rowhome/Reinhenhaus unit and talk to the developer, Norbert Klebl, about his vision for the first net zero energy community in Colorado.

A representative of Ralston Creek Cohousers will be available to answer questions from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
