Dr. Drew Eichelberger, Superintendent


Dr. Drew Eichelberger has served as a public school administrator for 26 years. He began his career as a high school science teacher. He has served as an elementary principal, a high school principal, and the Executive Director of Elementary Education in Putnam City.


Dr. Eichelberger served as the Superintendent for Bethany Public Schools for the past six years. Drew provides professional development for educators across the state of Oklahoma. Dr. Eichelberger earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He continued his education at Southern Nazarene University and earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership.


With a reputation for excellence in academics and extracurricular activities, Piedmont was a natural choice for Dr. Eichelberger. He has witnessed firsthand the community's pride in our schools. He is eager to step into his new role as the leader of Piedmont Schools.

Lisa Campbell, Assistant Superintendent


Lisa Campbell will continue to serve Piedmont Schools as the Assistant Superintendent. With 15 years of experience as a school administrator, she has made notable contributions to the district's growth and success. Lisa has a strong background in school administration and holds a Masters in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.


Throughout her career, she has overcome challenges, led award-winning schools, developed district-wide programs, organized professional development opportunities, and prioritized student and staff well-being.


Lisa's dedication to the Piedmont community and her passion for education make her an invaluable asset to the district as Assistant Superintendent.

Matt Bilyeu, Executive Director of Operations


Matt Bilyeu offers a strong background in teaching, coaching, and school administration to the leadership team. He brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for supporting students and educators. He has held various positions at Piedmont Schools, including Assistant Director of Athletics and Activities, Director of Operations, and Director of Athletics and Activities.


Throughout his career, Matt has made significant contributions to our school community. He led a community-wide food distribution program during the Covid pandemic and facilitated donations to local clinics and hospitals. As the Director of Athletics and Activities, he achieved remarkable success, securing membership in COAC and guiding coaches and teams to numerous championships. Matt's proudest achievement is the exceptional team of coaches, directors, and sponsors he has established and retained throughout his tenure.


As the Executive Director of Operations, Matt is eager to lead the team responsible for the district's processes, believing it to be the backbone of the school district. He looks forward to continuing his leadership in the district.

Patricia Balenseifen, Chief Officer of Human Resources


Patricia Balenseifen is an accomplished educational leader with 20 years of experience in school administration. She has held various roles, including classroom teacher, principal, and Executive Director of Curriculum & Instruction, before assuming her current role as the Chief Human Capital Officer at Putnam City Schools for the past seven years. 


As the Chief Human Resource Officer at Piedmont Public Schools, Patricia is excited to be part of our rapidly growing district led by a dynamic team of educational leaders. Her focus is on creating an appealing and supportive work environment. 


Patricia Balenseifen's wealth of experience, dedication to excellence, and commitment to fostering a positive work culture position her as a valuable asset to the Piedmont Schools.

Mark Melton, Executive Director of Secondary Education


Mark Melton brings 24 years of educational expertise and passion to Piedmont Schools. Throughout his career, Mark has made significant contributions to the field of education, starting as a teacher and coach at Putnam City North. He later transitioned into administrative roles at Yukon and Bethany, where he continued to positively impact students, staff, and the community.


Mark recognizes the district's tremendous growth and proud traditions. He is eager to work alongside Piedmont's exceptional students, dedicated teachers, and supportive community members.


With his extensive experience and enthusiasm for fostering educational excellence, Mark is excited to contribute to the continued success of Piedmont Schools.

Jennifer Fuller, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer


Jennifer Fuller joins the Piedmont leadership team with experience in education and finance. She began her career at Bethany Public Schools, initially serving as the Special Education Department Secretary before swiftly transitioning to district Activity Fund Custodian and Encumbrance Clerk. In July 2020, Jennifer's skills and experience led to her promotion to Chief Financial Officer.


Jennifer and her children moved to Piedmont in 2017, and she truly loves our community. As she takes on a new role in a larger district, Jennifer is enthusiastic about the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both the educational community and the community she calls home. With her professional experience in finance and her passion for education, Jennifer Fuller is well-equipped to contribute to the success and growth of Piedmont Public Schools.
