We are thrilled to announce the successful launch of TipCo's EVA platform in Oswego County, NY! This month, we had the pleasure of hosting a kick-off meeting onsite, bringing together both new and familiar faces. The atmosphere was electric, with everyone expressing genuine excitement about the possibilities ahead. Our user interaction tests with EVA Companion and R&R were met with enthusiastic feedback, further solidifying our confidence in the platform's capabilities. The level of engagement from the group was truly inspiring, and we are eager to nurture and grow this partnership as we continue to innovate and transform the way we serve our community!


Commissioner Chronicles: Highlights from County Leaders


Commissioner Stacy Alvord, who has served with distinction in the Oswego County Department of Social Services for eight years, is retiring. During her tenure, she spearheaded initiatives aimed at improving the department's effectiveness and enhancing community well-being. Notably, she set a goal to reduce child maltreatment rates, demonstrating her commitment to safeguarding vulnerable populations. Despite challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic and staffing shortages, Alvord's leadership ensured the provision of essential services. Alvord's extensive experience and dedication have left an indelible mark on the community as she transitions into retirement.
