Recipe Of The Month

As the sun sets on summer, savor the vibrant zest of the season with The Daisy, a masterful creation from Rocks & Drams. Meticulously crafted, this cocktail seamlessly fuses lively citrus notes, embodying the very essence of summer. The use of locally sourced Limoneira® lemons further enhances this beverage, inviting you to experience a taste that reflects both dedication to craft and the richness of our region. Watch the video here.

Limoneira On The Big Screen

When life hands you lemons, turn them into an Indiana Jones adventure scene! 🍋🎬

Back in 1994, the Ranch was one of the filming locations for Young Indiana Jones: Hollywood Follies. With a little Limoneira movie magic, Indy squeezed every drop of adventure out of Hollywood filmmaking. Indy ends up creating some movie magic in the movie studio—our very own Limoneira warehouse! Limoneira loves helping cultivate creativity with its zestful support for film!

Citrusy Creations

Prepare your tastebuds for a delicious new cocktail! The "Clover Club" is everything a good drink should be: flavorful, balanced, lively, and a lot of fun! This new drink features our delicious Limoneira® lemons, raspberries, and vodka. Check out the video here. Cheers!

Taking A Walk On The Citrusy Side

Earlier this year, Limoneira was able to host 182 people from Produce Alliance, Buyer's Edge, and Fresh Concepts at the Ranch. Our visitors were able to tour the state-of-the-art packing house, learn about our sustainability initiatives, and admire our beautiful orchards that produce our top-quality citrus! We love sharing the magic and charm of the Ranch with our partners!

What in the World

Halloween is one of the world's oldest holidays and is celebrated around the world in different ways! The holiday originated all the way in Ireland with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain. The Celts would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts. Today, people in Ireland still light bonfires as children dress up in costumes and go trick-or-treating. The celebrations aren't complete without barmbrack, a kind of fruitcake with a hidden surprise baked inside. A ring means that the person will marry soon; a piece of straw means that a prosperous year is on its way; a coin means wealth or good fortune; a bean means poverty; and many more symbols! Barmbrack includes ingredients like lemon marmalade and orange and lemon zest. We love that delicious citrus is a part of such a longstanding tradition to celebrate the holiday! Interested in trying traditional Irish barmbrack? Check out this recipe!
