Greetings!
Happy New Year!
Here are two scriptures to help launch 2013:
"If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us." 2 Corinthians 5:17-20 (NIV)
"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." John 10:10 (NIV)
Consider what you just read. This is some amazing stuff!
God holds NONE of our sins against us.
He reconciled himself to us, yet we're the ones who sinned.
And he has given us this message of reconciliation.
The message of Jesus, that he came to give LIFE ... the LIFE TO IT'S FULLEST!
This truth makes me want to live my life with intention, not tossed around and driven by the ups and downs of business, health, relationships, finances, etc. As important as all of those things are, if we allow them to DRIVE our lives, we're on a treadmill going nowhere.

This Sunday at City Life Center, I'm sharing a New Year's Message that has been burning in my heart for quite some time now. It's simply entitled, Living With Intention.
Here Are My Requests:
1) Be in church at City Life Center this Sunday at 11AM.
2) Invite someone to be there with you.
Just two simple things. Commit to attending church this Sunday and inviting a person or two or more to be there.
Will you please reply to this email to let me know if you intend to be in church this Sunday? Also, if you are inviting a friend, please share names, and I promise to pray.
Plus, reply and tell me know how I may pray for you.
Let's make 2013 a year of INTENTION!
