Reducing loss; one step at a time.

Inspections are a tool we use for reviewing the prevention controls a nonprofit already has in place, as well as identifying any other areas that may be susceptible to loss.

Technical Insurance Services

NPIP has partnered with the inspection firm Technical Insurance Services (TIS), to help us complete property and liability reviews for select members this year. TIS is a reputable firm that has been providing insurance inspection services since 1983, and NPIP's pool administrator, Clear Risk Solutions, has worked with TIS numerous times with other risk pools for property reviews.

What does this mean for my nonprofit?

A Clear Risk Solutions risk manager or a representative of TIS will be in touch with you soon, if you were selected, to schedule a survey of your location(s). Afterwards, our risk management team will follow up with you with the inspection results and recommended changes to prevent losses.

Taking these steps will help ensure proper controls are in place to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of preventable claims, which is a part of NPIP's risk management philosophy.
