Celebrating the Empowerment of Women

Happy Women's History Month! Let's take our admiration and turn it into action this special month by standing behind women led initiatives, offering mentorship to young women, and championing the cause of gender equality! Even the smallest of actions can lead to big changes.

Women's history Month is a time to celebrate the achievements and contributions of women throughout history. At SPIRITT, we are proud to support and empower women, with 72% of our services being provided to women aged 18 and older. Our leadership team is currently comprised of 90% female members, and our board consists of 43% female representation. In addition, we also collaborate with groups such as Mujeres Con Poder (Women With Power) which is comprised of incredible women who dedicate their time to community service. As Michelle Obama once said, "There is no limit to what we, as women can accomplish."

Here's to celebrating all the incredible women who have influenced history and the women in our lives who inspire us every day!
