Reminder: Re-Enrollment Contracts Will Be Issued Soon
Dear Parents of current III, IV, and V Formers: student re-enrollment contracts for all returning students in 2023-2024 will be issued online this month. New this year, contracts will be accessed via our new St. Mark’s SchoolAdminOnline enrollment portal. An enrollment portal email invitation will be sent to both parent email addresses for each household, if applicable. The email addresses which will be utilized are the primary emails listed for each parent currently in our database (unless you share an email, in which case these will be sent to only one). If your email for contract purposes has recently changed, please use our online form (https://www.stmarksschool.org/admission/update-email-address) to update your email address on file with the Admission Office.
Re-Enrollment Timeline:
-
Beginning March 13: re-enrollment contracts will be sent out online from info+stmarksschool@schooladminonline.com (with a unique invitation link). Please make note: the subject line of the email you will be receiving for this is "Accessing St. Mark’s School’s Online Enrollment Portal." Contracts will go out in waves over a two to three- week window from that date, and will be sent to your family only if not 'On Hold' by any of the school's departments.
-
By April 20: completed re-enrollment contracts and deposits are due by the end of this business day. Reminder: deposits are separate from tuition.
Community and Equity
Weekly Reflection
In light of Women’s History Month at St. Mark's, Rick DaSilva and Lizzy Jones invite the community to participate in a more focused exercise utilizing the weekly prompt.
As the St. Mark's community celebrates Women’s History Month in direct and subtle ways, the C&E Office will be introducing selections from women who represent the spirit of this annual celebration. May their words and perspectives inspire self-reflection, empowerment, and meaningful conversations.
This week's prompt: Tennis champion and social activist Billie Jean King noted that “Champions keep playing until they get it right."
Reflecting on this strong statement, where in your St. Mark's experience are you a champion? What part of what you do in this community do you commit to and “keep playing” until you get it right?

Reminder: Summer Volunteer Opportunity at Brantwood Camp
St. Mark’s students have been volunteering at Brantwood Camp for over 100 years! Brantwood is a sleep-away camp in Greenfield, N.H., serving children who would not otherwise be able to afford a summer camp experience. Any St. Mark’s student who will be 16 or older by June is invited to apply to be a volunteer counselor for one of the following sessions: June 30-July 14; July 17-31; and August 3-17. There is no cost to the volunteers, but they do have to arrange their own transportation to and from the camp. Parents and students can learn more about the camp at the Brantwood website; please reach out to Rev. Talcott at barbaratalcott@stmarksschool.org with your interest and questions. Continue the tradition!

Giving Day, April 11
Save the date for St. Mark’s annual Giving Day on Tuesday, April 11, when alumni, parents, students, and friends come together in support of
St. Mark’s, where we belong. Gifts have a direct impact on the resources, spaces, programs, and people that enhance the School experience every day for St. Mark’s students. With a goal of 500 gifts, parent participation is key. Look for Giving Day messages in the coming weeks.
Calling all Volunteers: Parent Phonathon
Our spring parent phonathon is scheduled for Giving Day, Tuesday, April 11, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s. Will you help? Enjoy a light dinner and the company of other St. Mark’s parents as you help gather Giving Day support. Please sign up here to be part of a fun and rewarding evening!

The Search for our Next Head of School
After collecting valuable feedback from students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and trustees, the Search Committee, St. Mark's Communications staff, and the team at Spencer Stuart worked together to prepare a comprehensive Position Statement that reflects our community's input and provides a clear direction for the next Head of School.
We are pleased to share the Position Statement with you on our Head of School Search webpage. This statement will contribute to attracting a diverse and talented pool of candidates and will ultimately help facilitate a smooth transition. Please stay tuned to this newsletter for future updates on the Head of School search as it progresses.
The Next Newsletter Will Be Emailed March 30
