The Forum Redevelopment Update
As part of its ongoing redevelopment at The Forum, North American Properties (NAP) recently completed its first new community-driven addition and opened “The North Plaza” across from DSW for guests to use at their leisure.
Work is now paused for the holiday season and will resume in January 2024 with new tenant buildouts, including Politan Row (food hall between Soma and Aomi) and the adjacent standalone jewel boxes, as well as other pedestrian-oriented improvements along Forum Drive.
Construction on a second, and larger, open-air gathering space that will serve as The Forum’s future events site is also slated to start at the beginning of the new year. Until then, Peachtree Corners residents and visitors alike are encouraged to check out the latest brands that have popped up at the center such as Auburn Candle Co., Girl Tribe, KeenaBela, and The Baby Nook, among others.
To stay up to date on progress, follow The Forum on Facebook, Instagram, and X, or visit theforumpeachtree.com/redevelopment.
