Since its inception less than a year ago, a lot has been accomplished by the Peachtree Corners' City Marshal’s Office. Over the past several months, the Marshals have solved various crimes, assisted the Gwinnett County Police Department, and are working to implement several innovative programs. Councilmembers Attend GMA Annual Convention
In June, members of the Peachtree Corners City Council attended the 2024 Georgia Municipal Association's Annual Convention. While there, Councilman Phil Sadd participated in the annual parade of flags. This year's theme was Imagine the Possible. GMA's Annual Convention features engaging sessions and unrivaled training for city officials and local leaders from across the state. It also includes a tradeshow featuring products and services that improve the operations of cities to enhance the lives of their citizens.

Volunteer to Serve
Would you like to get involved with your community and engage in the decision-making process? If so, apply to volunteer on a city board, commission, or authority.
The City of Peachtree Corners has an application process for volunteers willing to serve on the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA), the Redevelopment Authority (RDA), and the Planning Commission (PC). To serve, you must be a current resident of the City of Peachtree Corners.
The information provided in the application will give the Mayor and City Council information about residents considered for an appointment. Volunteer groups are appointed by the City Council and are staffed by City employees.
The City accepts applications throughout the year. If there are no vacancies, submitted applications will be kept on file for one calendar year.

Join us for Yoga on the Green every Tuesday at 8 am June through September. Everyone from beginners to experienced yogis are welcome to this FREE class taught by some of the amazing instructors from Sun Dragon Yoga.

Old Steel Site Converted to Logistic Center
Once a bit of an eyesore, a former steel pipe fabrication site at 6420 Corley Road has been brought into full use as a logistics center. The 27-acre property, which sold for $10.5 million in 2018 was sold for $77.4 million three years later after it was cleaned up and redeveloped into the Peachtree Corners Logistics Center (above, top).
Over the years, the site was occupied by several different companies including The LB Foster Co., Southern Pipe and Valiant Steel and Equipment. Read More

Every time it rains, water runs off the land as stormwater picking up pollutants and debris - including pet waste. Pet waste left on sidewalks, streets, yards, or other open areas can be washed away and carried by rainwater into storm drains and drainage ditches which flow to nearby streams, rivers, and lakes.
