Update: Organizational design and workplace assessment | |
As has been previously communicated, RTD retained an external consultant to gather and analyze documentation and solicit feedback from employees. Over the past few months, these efforts have been actively underway through group meetings, individual interviews and listening sessions. The consultants have communicated that they received a large volume of feedback, input and employee participation, resulting in the need for additional time to consider all perspectives and feedback.
Upon conclusion of this analysis, the consultants will prepare a final report for delivery to RTD’s General Manager and CEO. RTD anticipates being able to provide an updated timeline to all employees during the Dialogue with Debra session on Thursday, May 16. RTD thanks all employees for their participation, continued interest and engagement in this assessment.
