Bus operator helps visitor make connection to Route AB to catch flight |
Can’t say enough good things about Robert Lawrence! He was helpful, friendly, reassuring and humorous. The airport bound bus had already left (we didn’t read the holiday schedule correctly), so we asked him if he knew what had happened to our bus. He told us to hop on his bus and he would help get me to the airport.
