The Celtic Nations Society of Northern Ohio – Lake County’s Irish American Club, is an Irish and Celtic heritage, charitable and educational society based in Lake County, Ohio USA. The Society welcomes all members of the Celtic Nations (Ireland, Galicia, Cornwall, Isle of Man, Brittany, Scotland and Wales).

Join our group to share and promote your heritage, plus have some Irish fun!

The Society is a family friendly group. We are open to adults, children and those adults who are still a child at heart. Feel free to wear your kilt.

We hold a  monthly membership and education meetings, plus many more heritage and outreach activities throughout the year

Sharing your heritage can be fun; we mix culture, charity and other activities.

The Society strives to embrace and share our past heritage. We also work to appreciate the Irish culture of today.  Our goal is to bring the Irish past into the future.

Member Participation

A club is only as strong as its members – and we have been growing a strong club. The Celtic Nations focus is on member participation.

Each member brings a unique skill set and experiences to the Society. We recognize YOUR value and appreciate it.

Our goals are for you to share what you enjoy with other members. You can share your skills, drives or knowledge of Irish culture.

We want YOU to grow along with the Celtic Nations – everyone can learn something new! 

Community Involvement

The Celtic Nations Society fosters working with our local community and embracing our shared Irish heritage.

The Celtic Nations has chosen to direct its charitable efforts to meet local needs. We assist multiple groups within Lake County. Our goal is to help the community that is helping us grow.

Outreach Opportunities

The Celtic Nations continually reaches out to the Irish and Celtic community in Lake County through our e-mails, events, education and media activities. Our members, sponsors and member businesses all have the ability to speak directly to these individuals.

We have many sponsors who are involved with us – they support the Celtic Nations and our members support them.

Membership Meetings

Every month the Celtic Nations holds its Membership Meeting and other special nights.

Members learn of what we have done, what is coming up and how they can participate. Input and feedback from members is critical to keeping us vibrant.

We constantly work to have fun and unique items at these meetings. Some examples include historical sessions, fun facts about our shared Irish culture, and food and music events.
