National Day for Truth &
Reconciliation | ITAC Communications Brief
The Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC) has created this comprehensive communications brief for tourism partners to share truth and reconciliation messages surrounding the second annual National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (NDTR), taking place September 30.

The day commemorate the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools, and is a vital component of the reconciliation process. Please see and share components of this document for background information, key messages, shareable infographics, videos, social media content and blog posts. The brief also includes caption examples for reference.
Support Those in Our Industry | Donate a Room to "Hotels to Help" Online Lottery
The BC Hospitality Foundation delivers necessary financial aid for individuals in the hospitality sector currently experiencing financial crisis; and after a couple of years "on pause", the Hotels to Help online lottery will be back in October! The last 3 lotteries raised $94,000+ thanks to the amazing prizes donated by hoteliers in the community.

The BCHF is currently gathering this year's prizes and looking for donations in kind.
