Province Introduces Permanent Delivery Fee Cap to Support Restaurants
In an exciting announcement made today, the Honourable Ravi Kahlon, the Minister of Jobs, Economic Recovery and Innovation introduced Bill 33, the Food Delivery Service Fee Act, allowing a permanent fee cap, which would limit the fees that core-services delivery companies can charge restaurants to no more than 20% of the dollar value of an order. This combines the two previously temporary caps – the 15% on food and 5% cap on additional fees – into a single, permanent cap. The temporary caps were set to expire on Dec 31 this year.

By showcasing mountain and wildlife experiences through towering mountains, lush rainforests, and rugged coastlines, audiences are urged to tap into something bigger – to awaken a deeper connection and regain perspective; to find themselves.
