Indiana’s Population Growth Nears Pre-Pandemic Levels


Indiana's population growth in 2023 is nearly back to pre-pandemic levels, with over 29,000 new residents added last year. The growth is more evenly distributed across metro and rural areas, with 66 of Indiana’s 92 counties posting population gains.
