"The Great Gatsby" Prom 2024

This year Prom will be held at the Hilton Netherland Hall of Mirrors on May 18 from 7:00-10:00 p.m. Prom tickets will be on sale from April 24-May 8 (Online ticket sales only). Tickets cost $100 per person and will include a buffet dinner. After Prom will be held at Indian Hill High School (Jimmy Buffet Theme) from 11:00 p.m.-1:30 a.m.

To make this year's After Prom a reality, we are humbly asking for help! All IHHS Juniors and Seniors are invited to attend the After Prom party hosted by our IH School Community and organized by PTO. We need community-wide support to make this exciting event come to fruition.

The mission of After Prom has always been to ensure a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every student who attends. The students are looking forward to a well-deserved send-off for our graduating Seniors.

After Prom in Paradise will be Saturday, May 18, at IHHS from 10:30 pm to 1 am. You may choose to volunteer before, during, and after the event. Can't make it? Please consider donating.

Set up and clean up is meant to be a community experience, children 5th grade and up who can help decorate may attend set up and clean up. We are also planning a community walk-through for all families before the event. Stay tuned for more information.

VOLUNTEER AND DONATE

 HERE

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

  • Donate - we need gift cards for raffle prizes, bottled water, and packaged snacks.

  • Help with set up and clean up - we have worked very hard to streamline and minimize the time involved in set up and restoration, but as they say, "many hands make light work."

  • Attend the event - help with the planned games and activities - we have spa rooms, tattoo artists, multiple game rooms, inflatables, a photo booth, a casino, a caricaturist, and lots more!

  • We need dealers to "work the tables" for students to play blackjack, hold 'em, and roulette in our Casino room. Bow ties and cummerbunds will be provided - black slacks and a white dress shirt are preferred.

  • Help with food service at the 50 West Cheeseburgers in Paradise station, coffee truck, chocolate fountain, packaged snacks table, and more.

Gift card donations may be mailed to Amy Condorodis at 8450 Concord Hills Circle, Cincinnati, OH 45243, or dropped off at the HS front office in an envelope marked "After Prom/Amy C." Please deliver/drop off all donated cards on or before May 8th

Food and water donations should be delivered to the high school front office on Thursday, May 16th between noon and 4 pm. If this timing does not work for you, please reach out and we can make alternate plans.

Reach out with any questions and stay tuned for further updates and instructions.

With Gratitude,
