Guys, what a start to the week HAHA. So, I hate sharing unhappy news with you all, but like always I have been completely transparent with you guys. And that is not changing any time soon!!!
So, this past week I had an inspection for the food truck in a town nearby and everything passed as expected. But right when I was about to leave an older man came running to my driver side window and screamed at me.
"Stop washing your truck in your driveway! It is causing a mess!"
My man, what did you just say to me? You want me to stop cleaning my food truck and leave it dirty and you want me to stop washing it on my property?
Something doesn't add up here guys!
My role at Tandoor and Curry on Wheels has always been to take care of the admin work, make sure you guys are happy with the food/quality and make sure everything is clean, up to code, and fully functioning.
That is a lot HAHA.
But I do it, because I love it. I love making sure the bills are paid, I love making sure the trucks are clean because I have pride in the work we do, and most importantly I love seeing you guys enjoy my family's cooking.
I have said it before in emails, but we are a simple/hardworking family that has never cheated anyone, never cut corners, and never caused havoc with the public. I bite my tongue countless times and you have to do that because business is business and emotions can't alter your business mind.
But I guess the moral of this email is that I am going to continue to clean these trucks HAHA. I am going to continue to work hard with my family. I am going to continue to make sure everyone enjoys their meal. I am going to keep doing things the right way until I can't.
