What is the Process for Scheduling A
Meeting Room?
To make a room reservation you will need to be a HOA homeowner in Cottonwood / Palo Verde with a current homeowner’s card. This person will oversee the room while in it and reset it after done.

Have at least 3 dates you would consider booking. With the popularity of rooms for groups and clubs, not all dates may be available.
Questions you will be asked:
- Who will be using the room?
- How many people are you expecting to attend?
- Dates and times you are looking for?
- Will you be charging a fee to others who attend? Sun Lakes HOA #2 charges a fee of 10% of total sales from the organizer.
You will need to sign paperwork for the use of the room.
The Computer Learning Center is for meetings only. No food or beverages, other than water, are allowed in the room.
Reservations will only be made through the end of the year, at which time you will need to reserve the room again.
Reservations are not made on the website so Staff can control fair and equitable distribution to all groups and organizations.
