The high COVID-19 and Flu rates this winter are creating a higher than usual demand for sick care and are creating staff and medical provider shortages.
Therefore, effective January 16th, most adult physicals and new primary care medical appointments will be postponed until spring. You will receive a phone call with additional information if this impacts you.
Though we are experiencing staff and provider shortages, the care and safety of our patients and employees are a priority. This was not an easy decision, but it is necessary in order for us to prioritize the care for our sick and vulnerable patients.
As a reminder, we have same day sick visits available for new patients on a limited basis and by appointment. We will continue to accommodate newborn and obstetrical care as well as dental and behavioral health care.
