**If you have one of our Pet Shepherd, NC tags on your pet's collar, there's no need for a new one as we are the same previous owners and we will honor ALL current

Pet Shepherd, NC tags. You will receive a PET SAVE window decal in the mail after renewal.

*After renewing for our LIFE Plan you will receive an E-Mail Validation to create your account. 

*After you receive your e-mail validation notification, please click on the link as indicated. 

*Login to your account.

*Change your password to anything that's easy for you to remember. Just type your new password in the block.

*Fill in all information on your profile.

*Click Submit.

*You will notice a sub-menu on the left hand side of the page.

*Click on Available tags, if more than one tag number appears, click on the tag number(s) you want to use or assign for your pet(s).

*The Pet Info pg appears with that particular tag number, complete the pet registration and upload a photo of your pet.

*Click Submit.

*Your pet will now appear under My Pets with his name & tag number.

*Click on My Shelters and fill in any available info on your nearest local shelter or the shelter where you adopted your pet from,

*Click Submit.

*Click on My Vet and repeat the process.

*Click Submit.

Please remember to click Submit anytime you update/add any part of your account or the system will not register the changes.

***Any changes you make will happen in Real-Time; meaning that any time you change any information, and once you click Submit, the change(s) you made will instantly appear for your review as part of your registration.*** This eliminates you having to wait for any confirmation notice.
