Dr. Winski is a graduate of New York Medical College and has certifications with The National Board of Medical Examiners, The American Board of Surgery and

He has held the positions of Chief of Surgery, Medical Director of Hyperbaric Services and Medical Director of Wound Care Center, Orange Regional Medical Center, Arden Hill Campus Goshen, as well as Chief of Staff at Bon Secours Medical Center's St. Anthony's Community Hospital in Warwick.
