How To Submit Applications

Our Senior Department will be processing Medicare applications both Saturday December, 6th and Sunday December, 7th. All submissions after 7pm Sunday will need to be sent to the fax numbers or email addresses below. Please note the cut off for AEP is 11:59 on December 7th. Make sure to send us a copy of apps faxed directly to the carrier for commission purposes and compliance reasons.
