Parent, Youth, and Young Adult Surveys

from the Statewide Behavioral Health Coordinating Council

The Statewide Behavioral Health Coordinating Council is developing a Children’s Mental Health Strategic Plan for Texas, as directed by the 88th Texas Legislature. The parent and youth/young adult surveys below were created to help inform the development of the strategic plan. Please share with your networks as appropriate. Both surveys will be open until midnight on May 29th, 2024.

Children’s Mental Health Strategic Plan-Parent Survey

This survey was developed to gather information from parents and caregivers of children and youth about their experiences receiving mental health and substance use services.

 

Children’s Mental Health Strategic Plan-Youth and Young Adults Survey

This survey was developed to gather information about the experience of youth and young adults receiving mental health and substance use services.
