We are reaching out to inform you that we recently discovered an issue that caused BillPay payments made between 6/11/24 and 6/13/24 to be rejected. We have corrected the issue, but you will need to resubmit your payment.
You may resubmit your payment via your bill pay service with your bank or on our website at servicehomeloan.com. You may also call us at (800) 937-6002 to utilize our automated phone service or schedule through one of our customer service representatives, at no charge
Rest assured that you will not be assessed a late fee and no negative credit reporting will occur if the payment is received by the end of the month. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
