We are excited to announce that we will begin rolling out the new membership and registration system this week. The staff has been working hard on installation and training for the new site, but we do ask for your patience as we work out all the kinks of changing the software we have been using for the last 18 years.

What does this mean for you?

Starting Wednesday, 5/8, we will be operating on our new system for membership and programs (except for camp). You will receive an email explaining how to set up your online account. This will allow you to:

• Register for programs faster and easier
• Update or change your contact/billing information
• View or print receipts
• See your schedule
• Pay your account balances
• And so much more

What is coming?

• In June we will transition to using this system for all of our reservations for the pool, racquetball, pickleball, etc.
• Over the summer, we will introduce a new app that will link your account directly to your phone.
• The 2024 camp session will be on the new system

What do I need to do again?

• Set up your online account after you receive the Wednesday email.
• Please upload a new picture within the first few months so that we have updated information in our system.
• Please have patience with our staff as they work out the kinks in the new system.

Last Reminders

• Bar codes and current cards will all function the same.
• The 2024 Camp season will remain on the legacy system.
• With the new system and new processor, there will continue to be a 3% associated/infrastructure fee for credit card transactions as well as a 0.96% associated/infrastructure fee for ACH transactions for all program and membership transitions. You can still avoid any fees by paying with cash or check.
