Disclosure were due and drivers must be added to MSR with memberships THIS PAST FRIDAY 1/6/23. If you have not sent in your 2023 disclosure, send it ASAP to Race@racewrl.com

There will be a $25 fee per driver added at the track. If you need help with adding drivers to your registration, email registration@racewrl.com

UPDATE VEHICLE PROFILES ON MSR

Please make sure that your vehicle profiles on MotorsportReg are updated with the correct number, transponder number, etc. ESPECIALLY if you have purchased a new number for 2023. It is imperative for WRL staff to have the correct vehicle information on file.

HPDE sessions will be available to purchase at the track at Nola. Please visit the registration booth to sign up for extra sessions for Friday, January 20th.

DiscoveryParts, a World Racing League Partner, will be bringing their “Mobile Technology Center” (aka a big support trailer) to the WRL Championship Season Opener race at NOLA on January 20th, 21st and 22nd. If there is anything specific that you would like them to bring, please let them know before Monday, January 16th @12PM ET.

Per the 2023 WRL Rulebook (Appendix A.4.I) windshield stickers are mandatory! Pre-order your stickers from Discovery Parts before Monday, January 16th or purchase them here: Windshield Number Set.

Numbers must be 8” or taller required on both doors. 4” tall numbers (minimum) are required on windshield (passenger side, perforated vinyl is recommended for any numbers placed on glass/lexan) and 4” tall numbers (minimum) on rear of car (deck, bumpers and glass are acceptable).

WRL tech is annual - if you have not tech'd your car in 2023 you must submit a completed disclosure worksheet w/ dynojet dyno (horsepower & torque with RPM on x-axis) no later than 1/6/2023 to Race@racewrl.com. Failure to submit by 1/6/2023 may result in your car being DQ'd from podium results / points if tech cannot be completed in time. If you have already tech'd this year and do not need to make changes, no action is required.

You must bring 2 physical copies of your disclosure worksheet to tech inspection.

All team captains and drivers should read and understand the supplemental rules prior to arriving at the event, they can be found at the link below (these supplemental rules are provisional, additional paddock maps and instructions will be added later):

All drivers must be registered for the event on MSR. WITH CURRENT MEMBERSHIP. Deadline 1/6/2023.

All drivers must have a 2023 helmet sticker on their helmets. If you do not have a 2023 (23-xxxx) helmet sticker you must bring a physical copy of the form to registration along with your helmet and plan to stay for the WRL orientation meeting immediately following the driver's meeting.
