GFCO Compass Client Portal Update
It’s been a few months since we announced the upcoming release of our client portal for Product and Ingredient submissions, Compass. We are completing final function and quality tests to prepare for the official launch and we are excited to announce that all clients will have access to the system within the next 2 months. Our plan for the introduction is as follows:

In August, we will allow all clients to access the system, and to make their Product and Ingredient updates in Compass. Please note that once a client has migrated to the Compass system, they will no longer be able to submit Excel templates for Product or Ingredient updates. GFCO Certificates will also only be available through the Compass system, and no longer distributed via email.
- After December 31, 2024, GFCO will no longer support Product-Ingredient updates via the Excel template format, and all Product and Ingredient approval will need to be submitted through the Compass system there forward. Additionally, all certificates will only be available through Compass access.
The goal for the Compass portal is to make Product and Ingredient submissions faster and easier for you. We recognize there will be a learning curve with a new system, but you will have easy access to communication tools within the system to let us know when you get stuck.
With our goal of getting all clients into Compass by the end of the year, this means that we will no longer accept Excel templates for Product and Ingredient updates as of January 1, 2025.
