OVERVIEW FOR GUESTS

Thank you for reserving your ticket for the inaugural Oregon Wine Walk in Lake Grove. Registration opens at noon on Saturday, May 11. The event is 2-5 pm.

PARKING: You are strongly encouraged to carpool or use a ride-share service. The Chamber has made arrangements with four locations for event parking. Please use one of these designated lots, all of which are marked on the event map.

Lot behind First Citizens (15700 Boones Ferry Rd, enter the lot from Lanewood Rd)
Lot at Lake Grove Elementary (use 4200 Douglas Way on your GPS)
Lake Grove Presbyterian Church (4040 Sunset Dr)
Lot behind Modern Chiropractic (16679 Boones Ferry Rd)

Parking at other Pouring Locations, including Mercato Grove, is reserved for non-event customers and neighboring businesses.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: The event's 20 pouring locations are all along Boones Ferry Road, from Mercato Grove to West Sunset Drive. Though the area is flat and walkable, we have two shuttles to help you make the most of your day, courtesy of Good Vibes Tours and The Stafford. The shuttle stops are marked on the event map.

REGISTRATION OPENS AT NOON SATURDAY

Registration begins at NOON on Saturday, May 11 at the office of our Title Sponsor Marcia Kies Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty (15400 Boones Ferry Road).

Each person attending the event must be present at registration with A PHOTO ID that includes your birthdate (preferably your drivers license). Once your age is verified, you will receive a wristband to wear for the event. You can’t be served without it!

In addition to your age-verification wristband, you will receive:

A large copy of the event map (in the meantime, you can download a smaller copy here)
12 tickets, each redeemable for a one-ounce pour at any of the 20 pouring locations
A wine glass, secured in a lanyard for convenient carrying
An event tote

The event is 2-5 pm. You cannot be served before 2 pm. After registration, we encourage you to enjoy lunch at one of the great restaurants in the area or go out to dinner after! Reservations strongly encouraged.

THE FOOD

Each pouring location will have "small bites" for event guests, such as charcuteries, finger sandwiches and light appetizers.

THE WEATHER

Ah, Springtime in Oregon. Please note that forecasts have started coming in for some heat on Saturday. Currently a high temperature of 88 degrees is predicted - this will happen late in the day. However, we do caution that you remain hydrated, take advantage of our Shuttles as needed to move around.

RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

You must be 21+ to participate. We will be checking IDs at registration before you are issued your event bracelet. If you fail to bring an ID with your birthdate on it, you will not be able to participate.

Also note you are not allowed to leave any Pouring Location with any wine in your glass. Alcohol Monitors will make sure you drink or pour out all your wine before you depart.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This is Mother's Day weekend, so many of the businesses along Boones Ferry Road are busy in preparation and celebration. A reminder to PLEASE only park in the lots designated on the map, reserving other parking for non-event customers.
