Arrival

Show car check-in begins at 7:00 am.

• When you arrive pull up to the show vehicle check-in tent located in front of the museum. Please stay in the car and wait for assistance.
• To expedite check-in, please have passenger tickets ready (if not covered under your membership).
• Place the vehicle information card you are given in the front right window area.
• All registrants must be checked in and on the field by 11:00 am.
• Registered vehicles will be parked in the order in which they arrive. Vehicles being trailered will receive additional instructions.

Welcome Bag & More

Upon arrival, at the show vehicle check-in tent, you will receive a bag with information and goodies. The bag will contain an event flyer showing the location of the information tent, restrooms, food trucks, vendors, and more.

Admission

If you are a member, your membership level determines the number of complimentary admissions included. If you are not a member, your registration includes one complimentary admission. Entrance for spectators into the car show is included with museum admission. Separate admission to the car show only will not be available. If you would like to purchase in advance additional spectator tickets, click here. Purchase online and save $2.

On Exhibit

You are invited to visit our current exhibits inside the museum which include The Savoy Collection, Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, Part 1, Moonshine Runners, Rad Cars of Savoy, and Prominent Packards. The museum galleries will open at 8:00 am and close at 5:00 pm.

Awards

Registrants are eligible to win one of nineteen People’s Choice Awards, selected by spectators and registrants, and The Savoy's Choice Award, selected by museum staff and volunteers. In addition, this year, Sam Mahdavi will select one vehicle to win an award. Judging for The Savoy Choice Award begins at 11:00 am. The awards ceremony will be held at 3:00 pm. You must be present to win.

Lunch - Savoy Café

The Savoy Café will open at 11:00 am for anyone wishing to purchase a meal.

Adult Food Options: Each meal (hamburger, hotdog, or a ham/cheddar or turkey/ swiss sandwich) comes with chips, a drink, and a cookie - $10

Kid's Food option: The meal consists of chicken nuggets, chips, a cookie, and a drink - $7

Food Trucks

Coffee and bagels will be available for purchase for those wanting a quick bite of breakfast.

Lunch/snack options will provide a diverse and delicious selection to satisfy your lunchtime cravings.

Beverages

Soft drinks, bottled water, and beer will be available at the Beverage Tent and in the Savoy Café.

Vendors

This year we have officially added a vendor booth area next to the pavilion where you find snacks, merchandise, and local businesses providing a variety of services.

Vroomville

Kids 12 and under accompanied by an adult are invited to visit the kid's zone where they can build a "Make and Take" model car supplied by Atlanta Car Model Enthusiasts (while supplies last), play on inflatables, and enjoy corn hole.

Merchandise

The Information Tent will feature our commemorative t-shirt (limited number). Other items include sunscreen, koozies, and hats. All other merchandise including apparel, drinkware, and car-themed gifts will be available at the Savoy Store, inside the museum.

Raffle

Raffle tickets for a 50/50 cash raffle will be available to purchase at the Information Tent. The tickets will be priced at 1 ticket for $1, 6 tickets for $5, 12 tickets for $10, and 25 tickets for $20. In addition, individuals will be walking the showgrounds selling tickets. You must be present to win. The drawing will be at 3:00 pm. Cash Only.

Free Shade

For your convenience, we will be providing tents for you to use to escape the heat. The tents will be positioned around the showgrounds. In addition, our new pavilion provides shade for those dining outside. Please no beach umbrellas or private tents on the property. Please bring your own chairs.

Emergency and First Aid

In the event of an emergency, please dial 911. Have someone alert security or a staff member. For minor incidents, first aid supplies are available at the Medical Tent.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located inside the museum, at the exterior of the front entrance of the building, and at the pavilion. Temporary restrooms will be available between the pavilion and the museum. A family restroom is located inside the museum near the double doors leading to the administrative offices.

Museum/Showground Rules

Please be sure to review the museum/showground rules prior to arrival.

• Savoy Automobile Museum is a tobacco-free campus. No tobacco or vaping devices are allowed.
• No outside food or drink is permitted inside the museum. No outside alcohol is permitted on the property.
• Only service animals are permitted on the Showgrounds and inside the museum.
• We require that guests’ bags being carried into the museum (including purses) not to exceed 12” x 6” x 12” in size.
• Savoy Museum and the Showgrounds are weapons-free areas. Firearms, weapons, and explosives are strictly prohibited.
