Participant Portal Login
You will receive your Flores Participant ID (PID) by email or mailed letter. This is a 9-digit unique identifier you will use to access your account. Please note that you may have already received your PID notification if your plan enrollment was recently completed. The email will be from your account manager's email address ending in @flores247.com, with a subject line of "Flores Participant ID (PID) Notification." The PID is also included on all emailed communications you will receive from Flores. Once you receive it, you can go to www.flores247.com, choose "Participant Login," and then choose "First Time User" to set up your account login.
Debit Card (if included in your plan)
A new Flores benefits debit card will be mailed in time for you to receive it by January 1st. Please note that ProBenefits debit cards will work through the end of your current plan year on December 31st. Any remaining balances (for benefits other than HSA) will be transferred to the Flores portal by January 15th. Flores benefits debit cards are for use with Health FSA, HSA, Transportation, and some HRA benefits (as detailed in the plans in which you participate). Important note: If you have a ProBenefits HSA, see HSA section below for debit card information specific to HSAs.
Submitting Claims
You should continue to submit reimbursement claims on the ProBenefits portal and mobile app through 12/31/22. Beginning 1/1/23, you will begin submitting all claims, including runout claims for the plan year ending 12/31/22, on the flores247.com participant portal. Claims filed 1/1/23 and after for the plan year ending 12/31/22 will be reimbursed after balances are transferred, which will occur by January 15th. Reimbursements will be made once a week (except Dependent Care, which reimburses as funds are available on any business day). Important note: If you have a ProBenefits HSA, see HSA section below for information specific to HSAs.
Dependent Care (if offered by your plan)
If you have a Dependent Care account, the Flores system offers a new and more convenient way to submit Dependent Care claims: You may choose to complete a "No Wait Claim Form" once at the beginning of the plan year for the entire year (see more about the "No Wait Claim Form" here, and access your personalized claim form in your Document Library on the flores247.com participant web portal). Or you may choose to continue to submit manual claims as services are incurred, or wait until a balance accumulates and submit claims at your discretion, as long as all claims are submitted prior to the claims filing deadline. Dependent Care claims are paid daily if a balance is available. The Dependent Care benefit is not available on the Flores Debit Card.
HSA (if applicable)
If your plan includes a Health Savings Account benefit to which you and/or your employer are contributing, a new Flores WealthCare Saver HSA will be opened for you, and payroll contributions made January 1st and after will go into this new account. Please note that due to Patriot Act requirements, WealthCare Saver is required to perform identity verification when opening your new HSA; if additional information is required, WealthCare Saver will communicate with you directly. Contributions and transfers can only be posted to active accounts, so please respond promptly if you receive an identity verification request.
Your current HSA balance with ProBenefits will be transferred to your new Flores HSA in March 2023 at no cost to you. Until the HSA transfer is complete, you will have two HSAs. Your current ProBenefits debit card and portal login will continue to work with your ProBenefits HSA balance, while your new Flores debit card and portal login will work with any HSA balance accrued to your new Flores account January 1st and after. We recommend spending down your ProBenefits HSA while contributions from January forward are deposited in your new Flores HSA. Watch for a letter in the mail around the middle of January with additional details on your HSA transition.
