After more than five years, and with deeply conflicted emotions, we must say goodbye to Mary Davidson! Mary is retiring effective June 1st and while we wish her the very best, we are also sad to see her go.
Mary's role in this company has evolved over the years. She has been an employee, confidante, leader, client/vendor liaison, brainstormer, and problem solver. I will miss her dearly for day-to-day interactions, but look forward to an enhanced personal friendship in the coming years.
Right now we are reorganizing our routes and client assignments. There are only two immediate changes:
1. All the Ironwood clients formerly assigned to Terri are reassigned to Robin Barnes.
2. All the Palm Springs clients formerly assigned to Mary are reassigned to Terri Gelinas.
These assignments may change at some point but for now these are our only changes.
As you all may know, our Concierge personnel are trained exactly the same and are cross-trained on all homes. Each person follows written policies and procedures designed to insure our quality and customer service is consistent. And we have comprehensive profiles that document the customized process we follow for each home so nothing is overlooked.
Once we finalize our client assignments we will individually notify those of you who are affected. We plan to have this all settled by the end of August or sooner.
Please cease copying Mary on your correspondence and instead copy me. Both Robin and Terri's contact info is reflected below.

And keep your fingers crossed - maybe Mary will get so bored in retirement she comes back to fill in at some point in the future!
