Reserving Study Rooms and Media Labs

A New Way to Reserve Starting July 12


Starting Friday, July 12, the library is using a new room reservation system called Reserve. With this new system, you will be able to easily see which rooms are available and their amenities.


Study rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on July 10 and 11 while we switch to Reserve.

How to use Reserve

  1. 3 ways to reserve: Go to this webpage, use the library's mobile app or the kiosk at the library. These will update to the new system on July 12.
  2. Choose Booking Type: ITPLD Members OR Other Library Cardholders
  3. Choose the room you want to book
  4. Choose the time you want to book (Green time blocks are open)
  5. Click Reserve Now
  6. Type in your library card number and PIN to complete the reservation.

Limitations when using Reserve

Study Rooms A-H

• Same day reservations only, starting when the library opens

• Up to 2 sessions allowed on the same day

• Up to 2 hours per session only


Conference Room I - for ITPLD cardholders only

• Same day reservations only, starting when the library opens

• Up to 2 sessions allowed on the same day

• Up to 2 hours per session only


Media Labs (Archiving Stations and Sound Lab)

• Can be booked up to 7 days in advance

• Up to 3 hours per session only

Super Slime Time

July 2, 4 pm, 4:30 pm, 5 pm or 5:30 pm


Ages 5 and older with a caregiver. Have the slime of your life and create your own slime to take home. Dress to get messy. Please choose one 30-minute session to attend. Free tickets distributed 30 minutes before the event.
