Impact100 Metro Detroit is committed to helping nonprofit heroes. We often host events that give our members an opportunity to donate items that local organizations need. In these difficult times, need has increased but the ability to donate at in-person events has become very difficult. So we are going virtual. Please help this month's Gather and Serve recipient, 2020 Grant Award winner The Lawn Academy, as they prepare their most at-risk children for whatever the school year might bring. Here's what they need: backpacks, notebooks, toiletries (toothpaste, tooth brushes, soap, deodorant, hand sanitizer), dry cereal, canned goods, granola bars, and other non-perishable food items. They are also helping a local senior center, and are requesting: board games, playing cards, toiletries, hand sanitizer, and face masks.
