SPRING 2024 STATE CUP CHAMPIONS

This past weekend, nine teams added their names to the esteemed list of Illinois State Cup Champions. Five of those nine champions pulled off the noteworthy feat of winning back-to-back titles.


Galaxy SC led the way with an impressive four State Cup wins. Raiders FC won two titles and Bloomingdale FC Lightning won the club's first State Cup.

The Illinois State Cup is the most prestigious tournament in Illinois and the official state championship tournament of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series. State champions advance to the US Youth Soccer Midwest Regional Championships with the goal of earning their place in the US Youth Soccer National Championships, the only nationwide championship series where all teams have to #EarnYourPlace by qualifying on the field. This is not just “some” tournament and the list of champions is an impressive collection of some of the best teams to ever play in the “Land Of Lincoln.”
