ISU Celebration Week and Inaugural Address from President Wagner 

All are invited to ISU Celebration Week and the Inaugural Address by President Robert W. Wagner. On September 9 - 13, enjoy a variety of signature events designed to bring together students, faculty, staff and community members in each of our campus locations. The week ends with the Inaugural Address by President Wagner in the Jensen Grand Concert Hall at the Stephens Performing Arts Center.

Benny's Pantry Needs Your Help to Support Increased Number of Students

Food and funding donors have increased at Benny's Pantry, to include local grocery stores and a substantial contribution from the College of Arts and Letters Dean's Advisory Council. Student usage of the pantry is on the rise as well, almost doubling over the last year with recent developments and improvements. Donations and volunteers are vital in providing this critical student support.

Campus Master Plan Final Presentation and Feedback Sessions

Representatives from the SmithGroup, a firm that we have engaged with since November 2023 to develop a comprehensive campus master plan, will visit each of our campuses August 26 - 28 to present a draft preliminary master plan. The plan is a combination of three proposed options following their review and assessment of physical campuses and utilization of all university spaces, along with feedback from campus and community members.

Idaho State Today is a twice-weekly employee newsletter that shares University successes, campus updates, and recognizes faculty and staff accomplishments. All past editions of the newsletter are archived online.


To submit a campus update or story for Idaho State Today, fill out the online form by Friday at noon for Monday's edition, and Wednesday at noon for Thursday's edition. A separate newsletter called ROAR Weekly is sent to students on Wednesdays.
