Alumni Spotlights

Joe Neuman 2010 & 2011

A nine-year veteran of ADI, Neuman was promoted to EVP and enterprise officer and is responsible for ensuring that all functions of Operations work continuously and efficiently including supply chain, internal manufacturing, and customer satisfaction. Previously vice president of Operations & New Product Planning, Neuman has steadily advanced within management and executive ranks in the Quality and Engineering departments. Before his shift to the automotive industry, Neuman had a successful career in higher and secondary education. His previous experience as a varsity and collegiate basketball coach, a school director, and a behavioral consultant provided him with skills that he uses daily to enhance the operations, workforce, and workplace expectations at ADI. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hanover College, where he remains active in alumni leadership activities and with the Engineering & Athletic Advisory Boards. Neuman earned a Master’s Degree in Management and a special education license from Indiana Wesleyan University. An active community member, Neuman still coaches multiple youth sports teams and is involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs. He resides in Madison, Indiana.

Bethany (Neese) Correa 2017

Having graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017 with bachelor’s degrees in both Accounting and Writing, Bethany Neese has gone on to become a Certified Public Accountant at BGBC Partners where she focuses on helping small businesses, trusts, estates, and nonprofits to manage their taxes. She also teaches professional communication to new hires, helping them to get the hang of things as they’re still starting out. Bethany is newly married and when she thinks back on her time at IWU, she values most the way it deepened her love of learning. This, Bethany knows, is something that anyone can benefit from, regardless of career path.
