Apprentice Ambassador Morgan Arnold
Apprentice Ambassador Morgan Arnold waved goodbye to Aon's Apprenticeship program on August 28, 2024, all set to conquer new horizons. With a shiny honors scholarship from Governors State University in hand, she's ready to dive into the world of Bachelor's degrees. Not stopping there, she traded in her Apprentice hat for an Operations Specialist position and landed a full-time gig at Aon. Morgan spent her Apprentice program honing her technical skills and working on projects filled with research and digging deep to find answers for her department. Apprenticeship Illinois asked Morgan, "What advice would you give to someone considering an apprenticeship in your field?" She responded "Take the leap of faith, the apprenticeship will teach you all of the technical skills, but the soft skills that you probably already have from other jobs or life experience will help you so don't be afraid to apply for something that seems out of your realm." Morgan shared, "This Apprenticeship journey has been a dream come true! Imagine I got paid to earn my associate's degree and secured a sweet scholarship for my Bachelor's at Governors State University. Plus, I found my career path at Aon - no more job-hopping for me!" Rock on, Morgan, your future looks brighter than a supernova!
